MHC, or Mornington Health Centre, is one of Dunedin’s most respected and long-standing medical practices, serving the community for over 40 years. As one of the largest practices in the region. MHC is committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of its diverse patient base through compassionate and tailored care.

The Challenge:

When Marian Rillstone joined MHC as General Manager in November 2022, she saw an opportunity to modernise their technology systems as part of a broader effort to future-proof the organisation. After conducting a comprehensive audit of their systems and processes, it became evident that significant upgrades were required, particularly in moving away from their existing on-site infrastructure. These improvements helped reduce stress and fostered a more efficient working environment.
